We want to ensure that you have a fun loving shopping experience with us. For that we have developed a hassle free return policy for us esteem patrons. Whenever possible our logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please REFUSE to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care or email us at [email protected]m or [email protected]  mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

If company delivers wrong product due to any confusion then the company has to bear the refund cost. However if the customer wants to refund the product due to any reason then the customer has to bear the refund cost. Return cost are varies from location to location depending upon the products i.e. from 59 INR to 99 INR. We will let you know the final return cost once we will start the process of return.   

If the customer wants to refund the product for any reason, our courier service will pick the product and as soon as we receive the product we issue the coupon to the customer with the exclusive code which you can redeem in your future orders

 If you want to return any product after taking delivery of the same - You must make sure that the products under return are not tampered with, used or worn. The item should not be broken or damaged. All the products must be in their original packing with all the inner packing material, manuals and accessories. Price tag should not be tampered with or removed or smudged. Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.

 In case you receive damaged or defective or a product not as per your original order. You can send us back the product within 3 days of the receipt of product.

·   Kindly notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.

·    Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices.

·    Damaging or tempering the product are not covered in return policy

·    Replacements are subjected to availability of the particular product.

·    If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased. www.ecogreenstores.com gives you an option to return the item back within 3 days of receipt of        yours products. You will be refunded the purchase in the form of exclusive coupon code against refund amount.

Refund Policy

       We will issue you a exclusive coupon code against the refund amount or due amount once the return has been successfully made, as per the afore-stated clause.
