Payment via using credit/debit card

Cash-on-Delivery COD option

COD is most popular and convenient way to shop and pay the amount after receiving your shipment. If you don't want to pay through online way using your debit/credit card, you can use the option for COD.

It is a type of transaction in which you can make the payment for a products/goods at the time of delivery without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

Cancellation Policy

·    This policy is valid only until the goods are in our warehouse. After the products leave our premises, the said order(s) shall not be cancelled 

·    You can cancel your order directly through contacting our customer support service before final delivery.

·    In case of online payment; if the customer wants to cancel the product for any reason, we will only adjust the amount through coupon. We will issue the coupon to the customer with the exclusive code which you can redeem in your future orders.

  You can only request for the coupon for adjustment or against the refund ·

    Please note that we will adjust the refunds within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

·    Therefore there is no option of any cancellation, after shipment is dispatched to the customer .So, you may replace or exchange the product as per our return policy.    

Also there is no option of any refund, so, you may request for the coupon for redemption.  

 In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address or continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from courier partner, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation prior to shipment initiation: You can cancel by calling our customer support prior to the time of order process or shipment. While cancelling your order, you can request for the exclusive coupon against the refund (in case of prepaid online payment only). within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation after the Shipment is made: There is no option of cancellation after shipment is received by customer. You may replace or exchange the product as per our return policy.

 

If the received products are damaged or incorrectly supplied or different product that you have ordered on delivery, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply and must inform us (by phone or email only) within 24 hrs of receipt of the items. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.

Entire Agreement

If any part of this User Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the User Agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Websites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Websites/services.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
