Delivery Policy

·    Delivery charges are varies from location to location.

·    We usually charge the below shipping price along with actual price of the product depending upon the location of the shipment.

For Delhi-NCR Region

·    Flat  Shipping and handling charges - 99/- 

For Other States

·    Flat Shipping charges and handling  - 159/-

·     We usually dispatch your product shipment within 7 -10 business days if they are in stock

·    We generally procure and ship the items within the time as in order confirmation mail and accurately as possible on the basis of carrier service provider’s assurance but cannot be guaranteed to      be exact in nature due to circumstances beyond our control.

·    Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

·   All of our products are warehoused and delivered from Delhi and NCR.

·   Delivery dates cannot be guaranted.

·   We will provide the tracking number so that you will be emailed or texted regularly for tracking your product shipment.

·   We will issue a credit note for the due amount in case of non delivery of items with the courier company.

You will receive an email or SMS from ecogreenstores.com to confirm that we have received your order. If you didn’t receive the confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the Customer Support at [email protected]. 

If we are unable to deliver the product that you have ordered due to any unforeseen reasons, we will not process to deliver the shipment. In that case we will inform you via email or SMS and, if you have already paid for the product, we will offer you refund in full as soon as possible or within 10 business days.
