How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email or SMS from Ecogreenstores.com to confirm that we have received your order. If you didn’t receive the confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the Customer Support at care@ecogreenstores.com


What happens if Ecogreenstores.com cannot deliver the product I have ordered?
If we are unable to deliver the product that you have ordered due to any unforeseen reasons, we will not process to deliver the shipment. In that case, we will inform you of this via email or SMS and, if you have already paid for the product, we will offer you refund in full as soon as possible or within 10 business days.


What is the delivery time and charges?
Delivery charges and delivery time vary depending on the type of products ordered, order value and the shipping location. We generally procure and ship the items within the time as in order confirmation mail and accurately as possible on the basis of carrier service provider’s assurance but cannot be guaranteed to be exact in nature due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

We usually charge the below shipping price along with actual price of the product depending upon the location of the shipment.

 

For Delhi-NCR Region

·   Flat  Shipping and handling charges - 99/- 

 

For Other States

·   Flat Shipping charges and handling  - 159/-

 

In Some Case
There are instances when we cannot ship to some locations because of general regulations or serviceability issues. Please check for the availability of delivery service for your shipping destination at the time of order completion on the website or contact our customer care.

 

How Do I Track my orders?
All items sold by Ecogreenstores are delivered through our reputed courier partners. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order by the respective courier service provider. You can logon to respective courier partners and check the movement of your goods by putting in your tracking id.



Under what conditions will my order stand automatically cancelled?
In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address or continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from courier partner, the order will be cancelled automatically.

 
Do can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order directly through our website or by contacting our Customer Support Services at various stages.
Cancellation prior to shipment initiation: You can cancel your order by calling our customer support prior to the time of order process or shipment. While cancelling your order, you can request refund (in case of prepaid online payment only). Please note that all refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation after the Shipment is made: There is no option of cancellation after shipment is received by customer. You may replace or exchange the product as per our return policy.

 

If I receive a damaged or incorrectly or different product supplied on delivery, what should I do?
If you believe that the product is not in a good condition or if the packaging is tempered or damaged, please REFUSE to take delivery of the package and contact our customer care at earliest.

However If the received products are damaged or incorrectly supplied or different product that you have ordered on delivery, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply and must inform us (by phone or email only) within 24 hrs of receipt of the items. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
